All contract labor providers are not created equal. The PlaneTechs compliance process is the most rigorous in the industry based on these seven characteristics:

1.       Dedicated compliance department. Unlike other firms, our recruiters do not handle any part of the compliance process.

2.       Daily tracking system. You are always up to date on where your candidates are in the compliance process until the day they arrive on site.

3.       Partner with BackTrack. We outsource all of our employment, DOT and criminal background checks to industry leader BackTrack which ensures each check is detailed, efficient and thorough.

4.       Zero-tolerance drug & alcohol prevention program. Our program is more stringent than our competitors, many of our clients and even the FAA.

5.       No FAA disqualifying crimes. PlaneTechs will not hire workers with FAA disqualifying crimes and ensures all candidates follow individual client's hiring guidelines.

6.       IMAGE program. PlaneTechs and its parent company, TrueBlue, Inc., have been recognized as partners in the Immigration and Custom Enforcement’s IMAGE program, which reduces unauthorized employment and the use of fraudulent identity documents.

7.       E-Verify. Every PlaneTechs contractor is E-Verified as soon as they start at a jobsite.
