Compliance Process

PlaneTechs' detailed compliance process ensures each contractor:

  • has the experience, qualifications and certifications you stipulated;
  • has a verifiable 10 year residential history;
  • has provided a complete 10 year employment history;
  • has a clear 10 year criminal history, including no prior felonies, instances of multiple misdemeanors or any one violent or sexual misdemeanor;
  • has verifiable FAA license requirements as needed;
  • has not ever failed a drug/alcohol test with a previous employer;
  • has passed the PlaneTechs drug urinalysis test (either DOT or Non-DOT); 
  • is E-Verified to work in the US. 

PlaneTechs' detailed background search includes the following:

  • 10 year county level criminal search
  • National criminal database search
  • Sex offender database search
  • Social security search
  • 5 year employment verification
  • DOT verification (drug & alcohol records check for previous employers within the last two years)
  • OFAC search - the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (USA Patriot Act watch list)

PlaneTechs will use our client's standards for hiring qualifications and background checks whenever requested and we can perform additional types of verifications and searches when needed.
