Recruitment

Our candidate management system allows PlaneTechs to quickly identify mechanics and technicians with the skills you require to work on your commercial, rotor or fixed wing aircraft, no matter what model or manufacturer. It's our job to ensure we deliver the most current and qualified candidates to your project site.

Background & Credential Verification

PlaneTechs thoroughly verifies the certifications and licenses of all our employees, ensures employment eligibility through the E-Verify program, and conducts a comprehensive criminal background check before our contractors ever set foot on your project site. We also require our employees to participate in our FAA-approved Anti-Drug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Program. In addition, we are experts at meeting the stringent compliance demands of working with the DoD, including in-depth knowledge of military clearance and security requirements.

HR Administration

PlaneTechs handles the human resources-related details for each of our employees at your project site. We eliminate the burden of payroll and benefits administration, record keeping, taxes, workers' comp, and more.

Project Coordination

As an added value to our customers, PlaneTechs will assign a project coordinator to each job that has more than 25 of our employees on site. Under the direction of your manager, the project coordinator works to enhance productivity and handle non-technical issues with PlaneTechs employees, ensuring a seamless working relationship between your company and ours.

Safety Compliance

At PlaneTechs, safety is our first priority. Our Safety Committee supervises employee compliance with safety policies, and a PlaneTechs’ Safety Manager coordinates activities on the job site to improve performance and increase safety awareness.
