Project Coordination
As an added value to our customers, PlaneTechs will assign a project coordinator to each job that has more than 10 of our employees on site. Under the direction of your manager, the project coordinator works to enhance productivity and handle non-technical issues with PlaneTechs employees, ensuring a seamless working relationship between our company and yours.
HR Administration
We eliminate the burden of human resource administration by handling all aspects of payroll and benefits for the PlaneTechs workers employed at your job site. We even handle the termination of the employment relationship when the project ends or in the unlikely event that a PlaneTechs employee doesn’t meet your standard of excellence.
Background & Credential Verification
PlaneTechs thoroughly verifies the certifications and licenses of all our employees, and conducts a comprehensive criminal background check before our workers ever set foot in your business. For our commercial clients, we also require our employees to participate in our FAA-approved Anti-Drug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Program.
Safety Compliance
At PlaneTechs, safety is our first priority. Our Safety Committee supervises employee compliance with safety policies, and a PlaneTechs’ Safety Manager coordinates activities on the job site to improve performance and increase safety awareness.
