PlaneTechs has launched TechTeam Rewards, a bonus and benefit package for its aviation maintenance workforce.
TechTeam Rewards combines a generous cash bonus and referral program with a health benefits package that ranks among the best in the industry.
The introduction of TechTeam Rewards demonstrates our commitment to rewarding the continued support and loyalty of our workers, says Steve Fisher, President of PlaneTechs. Weve got the most dedicated, hardest working, most highly-skilled group of maintenance technicians in the industry. They deserve to be recognized and rewarded.
PlaneTechs enlisted the help of students in the Aviation Maintenance Management Program at Lewis University in Chicago to help name the new rewards program. Students were asked to submit potential names for the program. The winning entry was chosen by a cross-functional group of employees at the PlaneTechs headquarters in Oak Brook. PlaneTechs made a donation to the university program on behalf of the winner, Elaina Johnson, a second year A&P Student at the school.
Lewis University offers a variety of degrees and certifications through its Department of Aviation and Transportation. That includes Bachelors Degrees in Aviation Maintenance Management and Avionics, and an Associate Degree and Certifications in Aviation Maintenance Technology. PlaneTechs is proud to support Lewis University, and even more proud of Elaina!
